In addition to group training we also offer Personal Training services for those who prefer a more specialised, personal or private approach.
If you are feeling unfit and maybe overwhelmed by the idea of being in a group doing one on one sessions is a great way to build up a base level of confidence and fitness that can allow you to join in the group eventually once you feel ready.
Cost per 40 minute sessions:
1 person = $70
2 people = $80
