We love our Pack! Each of its members are important to us and we love helping everyone reach milestones and smash goals. If one of our crew stops showing up we contact them and get them back into action. We know everybody's name and have everyone's numbers in our phones. 

Even though we offer group sessions, we cater to the individual always. We all have a different story; a different past and a different path, and at Wild Fitness we like to nurture where each person is in their fitness journey and ensure our crew are training safely and appropriately for their health and goals. 

We believe that we have the best community you could ask for; a wonderful group of inspiring individuals who lift each other up. We foster this with special events such as Transformation Challenges, other incentive challenges, Family Days, Fundraisers, Bootcamps, Workshops and outings such as visiting Melbourne Cable Park, Treetop Surfing and more.

We also offer special event packages for events such as Puffing Billy Great Train Race, Run Melbourne, City 2 Surf, Tough Mudder, City Spartan, Wilson's Prom Lighthouse Walk and whatever events our crew are interested in! 

We offer so much more than a gym, and so much more than a Personal Trainer. If you want more out of your fitness provider then give us a try - it's no cost to you to come down and see if you like it, and all fitness levels are welcome and catered for.

NICKY

After having her three children Nicky felt getting back to a healthy weight wasn't possible, 'I feel that I am in better shape now than I was before having my kids, and I feel stronger and healthier. I have met the most inspiring people who all have their own fitness stories and that gives me motivation and a great deal of pride.'

 

Nicky joined this group initially as a participant, and after a couple of years got herself qualified as a trainer and now you’ll find Nicky at just about every session because if she isn’t the trainer, she’s participating! ‘If you are looking for a supportive community where there are no egos, no judgments and fellow members who will help you achieve your goals, then this is it. I know what it’s like to be a part of the crew and how important the community spirit is to motivating and encouraging members. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, whether you're just starting out or an advanced fitness addict this crew has it all.’

 

Nicky is a qualified personal trainer, dance teacher, and yoga instructor. 

SARAH

As someone who was once overweight, Sarah understands first hand that even getting started can be tough, but with a supportive team around you, it does not need to be as daunting as you think.

 

'I feel I really understand both the physical AND the emotional hurdles we face along the way, so when I tell you it will get easier and you can do it, I know because I have been there myself.

 

I started exercising as a way to drop some weight after having my first child, but once I started getting strong and fit I became addicted. After that working out stopped being about my ego and my appearance, and started being something I loved for all of the other amazing mental and physical health benefits.’

 

Sarah is a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
